2021 June Newsletter

So lovely to have had another well attended visit to report on.
On June 3rd about twenty members of the garden club visited Wildside Garden at Buckland Monachorum. The garden, created from a flat field by Keith and Ros Wiley, is a testament to what can be done with a clear vision and a digger. There are acers in abundance and beautiful wisterias water gardens, and a new area being created as a dry garden with planting inspired by the South
African velt. This area is in memory of Ros, who sadly died of cancer in 2019. The garden is a must for anyone looking for inspiration on what can be done with an uninteresting plot.
